Can Science Prove The Existence of GOD?"

How do you prove the existence of GOD through science?

Is science antagonistic towards the very existence of GOD or does it provide confirmation of HIS existence?

One of the core principles of scientific thinking is the use of empirical evidence, that is, the evidence that individuals can perceive objectively in reality. This evidence must be verifiable or provable by means of observation (experience) or experiment.

Science involves systematic knowledge of the physical material world gained through observation (first-hand/direct experience) and experimentation.

Those who are trying to prove or disprove the existence of GOD have not had a"first-hand" experience with HIM. This is the very thing that they are seeking; an encounter with GOD! This annuls the first necessary component to a qualified scientific study that yields legitimate evidence, having the ability to conduct an observation or first-hand experience with the subject being tested.

A second fundamental component pertaining to science is that you must first have the appropriate equipment necessary to measure and test the subject. In this particular case, science is attempting to prove or disprove the subject; GOD. Carefully consider, what man-made equipment is capable of proving or disproving the existence of GOD??

The scientific methodology of experimentation consists solely of natural phenomena. There are no adequate systematic methods within the scientific community capable of proving or disproving the existence of GOD; HE is a Spirit! As of this current and present time, there are no identifiable scientific materials or equipment that is capable of measuring the existence or non-existence of this powerful supernatural Being!

Scientific Theory

Scientific observations and experiments produce scientific theories. A Scientific Theory is an explanation of an aspect of the natural world and universe that has been repeatedly tested and corroborated in accordance with the scientific method using accepted protocols of observation, measurement, and evaluation of results" (Natural Academy of Sciences 2nd ed. 1999).

To presuppose that man, in his limited knowledge, has somehow developed a scientific theory concerning GOD in the absence of demonstrable scientific protocols of observation, measurement, and evaluation compatible with the supernatural essence, construct, and power of this Being, is presumptuous! For those who have come to believe that man can construct such an apparatus that has the capacity to measure the incomprehensible construct of this supernatural Being reflects a mindset that is ill-informed concerning the basic premise of scientific study and hold false expectations concerning the capabilities of science.

The Intelligence Of Man

The mind (spirit of a man) was designed by the CREATOR, the awareness of HIM in the heart, or lack thereof…is HIS doing.

While there has been indeed many scientific breakthroughs and technological advancements throughout history, man continually seem to forget the ONE who has given him the privilege to discover the continual waves of knowledge. New discoveries and inventions have been familiar to man since the beginning of time, and so has his arrogance!

The ancient scriptures note that knowledge and wisdom comes from the ALMIGHTY ONE; the ONE who is the ETERNAL ONE.

Proverbs 2:6, KJV

"For the GOD of Israel giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding"

Job 32:8, KJV

"But there is a spirit in man, And the breath of the Almighty gives him understanding."

It is the ALMIGHTY ONE who not only gives man the ability to mentally grow and establish understanding in ancient truths and knowledge, but also HE alone possesses the power to open the understanding of the heart concerning HIS presence and HIS ways.

It is not your duty as a human to prove the existence of the ALMIGHTY ONE to the "scientific mind" that is oftentimes filled with skepticism and doubt concerning spiritual truths. HE introduces Himself to whom HE wills. The burden of proof does not rest upon you; those who know HIM have come to know HIM at HIS choosing. Equally so, the ancient scriptures note that HE hides HIS face and HIS presence from the wicked.

The GOD of Israel (the ALMIGHTY ONE) never instructed men to evangelize and convert the world through violence and a brutal hand. HE is the designer and constructor of the heart, shall HE not have the ability to interact with whomever HE wills? HE has the phenomenal power to shift and influence human perception and experience.

Proverbs 21:1, KJV

"The king's heart is in the hand of the LORD, as the rivers of water: he turneth it whithersoever he will"

No man can make another man acceptable to the ALMIGHTY ONE. You cannot force an individual into reverential servitude towards HIM. This is a matter that can only be genuinely produced within the heart; the same heart that the ALMIGHTY ONE alone has created. The one who truly fears and respects the ALMIGHTY ONE will not need influence or violence to persuade his heart to respect and honor the ONE who gave him life.

Remember, it is the ALMIGHTY ONE who draws the heart into an awareness of HIM. Those who try to force or manipulate others to worship the "God" they serve, do so from their own agenda.
